Is all that glitters really gold? Can you have your cake and eat it? And how long does it take to find a needle in a haystack? Old Dog New Trick was an interactive performance installation at the Roundhouse as part of the London International Festival of Theatre. The piece was staged in artist designed caravans and together with a cast of performers we invited the audience to test the wisdom of ancient proverbs. It is still an ambition to put a real bull in a china shop!
Commissioned by London International Festival of Theatre as part of their Landscape of Childhood season. Designed by Cathy Wren, directed by Mark Storer, with artists Alice Power, Alice Purcell, Nick Chambers, The World Famous, Howard Lee, Sarah Angliss, Colin Uttley, Roger Hartley, Roddy Maude-Roxby and many others.
